Terms & Conditions

Attendees, Speakers, Staff and Sponsors of the Supernova Conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a fun and safe environment for everyone.

The Supernova Conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of their gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof). We have a zero tolerate policy for harassment of any form. Anyone who violates these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without compensation at the discretion of the conference organizers.

This is not a scent free event, but please be mindful of scent sensitives and avoid wearing any strong perfumes or colognes. Please put your phone on silent mode when attending the conference to avoid interrupting speakers. Thank you for your cooperation!

Photo & Video Release

​

The Supernova Conference will use photographs and videos from the events for promotional purposes on our website and social media. By virtue of your attendance or participation in any aspect of the Supernova Conference you agree to the use, and of their likeness in such materials.

Liability

​

The Supernova Conference shall not be held liable for any damages of any nature sustained by attendees or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the The Supernova Conference or any related events.

Covid-19

​

We will strictly adhere to any guidelines outlined by the public health authorities. At this time there are no restrictions in-place. We strongly recommend that you keep your hands clean and please stay home if you are sick or feeling unwell. In the very unlikely scenario that the conference is unable to be held on the scheduled date, due to unforeseeable circumstances - all tickets will be rolled over to a new date.

Tickets
